Sourced from the dense farmlands of Tien Giang province within Vietnam's Mekong Delta, which has a long heritage of growing cacao dating back to the 1990s. This full-bodied chocolate owes its spice and fruit notes to the Trinitario cocoa beans grown by farmers of the Cho Gao co-op in the Mekong Delta.
