Hotpot Queen Roasted Chili Noodles

Tossed in fragrant roasted chili oil, this dish delivers deep savory heat with a toasty, slightly smoky aroma, balanced by garlic and warm spices for a rich, satisfying finish.

Cooking instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
2. Add noodles ONE BY ONE, gently separating them as they go in.
3. Cook for 6 minutes, STIRRING FREQUENTLY to prevent clumping.
   
4. Drain the noodles well. Add the sauce packet and mix thoroughly until the noodles are evenly coated.
   
5. Serve warm. Optional: garnish with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
